This project consists of a multi-story building distributed across eight floors, including a basement. A notable feature of the building is its two elevators, which enhance accessibility and contribute to its status as a prominent landmark in Butwal. Designed for maximum flexibility, the space can function as either a shopping complex or an office building, allowing for efficient circulation and adaptable use.
